Tropical, smoky, and a little bit wild. This drink layers roasted pineapple and ripe banana with a hint of peach and lime—like a beach bonfire in a glass. Ritual Sister leads the way, sweetened by sun and smoke.
Ingredients:
2 oz Ritual Sister Smoked Pineapple Syrup
1 oz Banana Syrup (or Banana du Brésil)
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Peach Schnapps
Garnish: Pineapple frond and caramelized banana slice (or dehydrated banana chip)
Glass: Pineapple Glass
Method:
Create Banana Syrup: Place 2 bananas in a blender with 2 cups sugar and 2 cups room temperature water. Blend on high for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh to remove banana solids and refrigerate.
Add Ritual Sister, lime juice, and banana syrup to a cocktail tin and shake quickly with 1 ice cube.
Strain into a pineapple glass and fill with crushed ice.
Top with peach schnapps.
