1 oz Daytrip Strawberry
1 oz Eldest Daughter Elderflower Vermouth
2 Barspoon’s of Strawbery Jam (optional)
Soda water
Instructions
Pour over ice, mix, garnish & enjoy.
Strawberry Jam
For the world’s easiest strawberry jam simply slice strawberries and pour some granulated sugar on top. Mash with a fork and let sit for an hour (or blast in a food processor to speed things up) and voila! Strawberry Jam.
