Cigarette Martini #2 

  • 0.25 oz Kilinga Reposado Bacanora
  • 0.25 oz Sotol Por Siempre
  • 0.5 oz Cap Corse Kina
  • 0.5 oz Mulassano Extra Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Late Embers Sunchoke Distillate
  • 2 oz Truman Vodka
  • Spray of black cardamom
  • Expressed lemon zest

    Stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass: Finish with a spray of black cardamom and expressed lemon zest

LATE EMBERS WHITE NEGRONI

  • 1 oz Late Embers
  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz bitter blanc aperitivo
    (Salers, Suze, or Cocchi Americano)
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Orange peel

    Stir with ice; strain over a large cube; garnish with an orange twist.

Late Embers Margarita

  • 2 oz Late Embers
  • 1 oz Nowhere Triple Sec (or another orange liqueur)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Optional: coarse salt for the rim and a lime wheel for garnish

    Shake all ingredients with ice: Strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass (or coupe) over fresh ice: Garnish with a lime wheel.

Smoking Blossom

  • 2 oz Late Embers
  • 1 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 2 dashes ginger bitters

    Shake with ice: Strain into a coupe: Serve up.
