Ingredients:
1.5 oz Matchbook Distilling Day Shady Lady Rum
0.75 oz Matchbook Distilling Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec
0.75 oz Orgeat
0.25 oz Lime juice
Garnish: Mint sprig
Glass: Rocks glass
Instructions:
Add Shady Lady Rum, Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec, orgeat, and lime juice to a cocktail tin with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
