Ingredients:
2 oz Matchbook Distilling Shady Lady Banana Rum
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Demerara syrup
1 Egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: 3 drops Angostura bitters
Glass: Coupe
Instructions:
Add Shady Lady Banana Rum, lime juice, demerara syrup, egg white, and bitters to a cocktail tin.
Dry shake vigorously without ice.
Add ice and shake again briefly.
Strain into a coupe glass, ensuring all foam transfers from the tin.
Allow to settle for a few seconds before garnishing with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
